About Prashanth Anandaraj

With over 17 years of total experience in strategy consulting and project management, I am currently a Digital Strategy Consultant at WSI World where I am primarily responsible for developing business and marketing growth plans for clients across sectors. I develop and leverage Automation workflow and tools such as Make, n8n, Airtable, Typeform for various aspects of marketing strategies. Prior to WSI, I was a Senior Consultant at IBM Consulting, where I helped clients across various industries to optimize their business processes, leverage automation, and achieve tangible benefits. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex and challenging projects. As a business transformation expert, I have led automation engagements for Telecom accounts, identified savings and improved efficiency, managed the transition of Shell Asia-Pacific Decommissioning team to a Managed Services model, and facilitated the development of a new access management product for an IBM Business Unit. I have also created frameworks for issues management, compiled reports on IBM Lean program, and developed point-of-view proposals for Global Sales teams. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to client problems and creating value for their businesses.
