About Prashanth Chiliveri

My overall experience is in Bioassays and Analytical (down stream process) & Biomedical Research. Previously, I worked in CRO companies and my major experience in method development, validation, batch release (physicochemical analysis, potency, bio-identity, and enzyme assays for peptides and proteins), and lot release for NDA and ANDA (biological and chemical entities). I have handled peptides and, protein biotherapeutics, and non-biological complex drugs in my assignments. I was responsible for planning workload to ensure that assigned projects and deliverables are fully completed on time. As required, lead development, technical transfer, qualification, validation and technical support. Planning and carrying out the work to ensure effective project progression in line with customer requirements. Developed new methods, and acted as a ELISA & biological assay expert, taking decisions on scheduling of workload in conjunction with other technical and quality staff. Acted as client point of contact for projects, providing professional and timely updates/information. I was involved in reviewing SOPs, protocols, reports, LNBs, and raw data, and was also responsible for implementation and ensuring the GMP activities of team members. Experience in handling deviations, Change Control, occurrences, OOS, CAPA and OOT, Audit Actions I was also involved in resource management, manpower recruitment and team trainings and also involved in new methods establishment, business improvement strategies, customer interactions, and internal and external audit. Responsible for drafting quotations, equipment installations, materials, samples, and system management and also Cross-functional engagement for various projects. Fulfilling technical requirements for the IBSC Member of Institutional Environment, Health, and Safety. I have handled instruments like LCMS (QTOF, Quadrupole, Orbitrap, CD spectrometry, HPLC, Multimode Micro plate reader, qPCR, Immunoblot, etc, I was at the National Cancer Centre specializes in cancer biology, with a keen focus on the intersection of cancer. Utilizing a robust foundation in bioassay techniques and laboratory equipment, we strive to decipher the complexities of cell death mechanisms and their implications for cancer therapy. Previously at Kyung Hee University, contributed significantly to the identification of protein biomarkers for various cancers and diabetes.
