5+ years of experience in the field of Lithium-ion batteries & Sodium-ion batteries especially in cathode materials (NMC) and solid-state electrolytes. I am deft in cell making process (pouch and cylindrical) at the R&D level and pilot scale. Experience in installing and handling equipment for manufacturing Lithium-ion batteries at the prototype level. In a DST-funded project, I have experience in synthesizing solid-state electrolytes, cathode materials. Performed electrophoretic deposition and UV lithography to get 3D patterns over substrates. I am instrumental in executing experimentation involving lab-scale preparation, characterization, and evaluation of cathode and Solid-state electrolytes.
