20 plus years’ of experience in Clinical Data Management. Responsibilities include project & portfolio management, line management, resource management, customer management, delivery management and oversee P&L for the customer accounts. Serving as FSP lead that are either Fee For service, Full Time Equivalent, Unit-Pricing, Fixed Price and so on. Currently heading multiple units in data management with a team size of 180 plus associates. Accountabilities include supervising a team of Directors, Data Team Leads, First- & Second-Line Managers, oversee project delivery, maintain project health and support associated activities (revenue, risks, resource, communication, escalations etc). Hold in depth knowledge on data management- EDC development, including maintenance and decommission of various database systems | Project planning | Risk management | ICH GCP, SOPs and Quality management | Records Management & Audits | SLAs, KPIs and implementation of metrics | Process improvement along with others. As a Senior Data Team Lead, I was on onsite assignments for overseeing data management for multiple global trials. I have presented in several meetings over-seas for: • bid-defense, to showcase capability, assisting sales team • Kick-off meetings and Investigator Trainings • Audits • Customer meetings(for expectation setting, escalation-issue resolution and so forth) • Industry conference I have wide-ranging experience within Contract Research Organization which is a very matrixed, geographically dispersed, cross functionally operating environment.
