With over 10 years of software planning, consultancy, development, and quality assurance, I am a Software Development Manager at Connected Solution Experts (CSE), a leading software solutions provider for various industries. I have extensive experience in implementing and integrating Oracle Netsuite, a cloud-based ERP system, for over 30 subsidiaries of a global marine services group. At CSE, I consult with clients to assess their software development processes and systems, and design and deliver customized software solutions that meet their requirements and specifications. I also manage and mentor a team of developers, testers, and leads, and oversee their professional development. I have developed and implemented continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous testing frameworks to automate and optimize the software development lifecycle.
