With 19 years of overall experience and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, I deliver value-added solutions for clients across various industries and regions, covering technical, consulting, and administrative services, as well as software. My core competencies include conducting in-depth analysis of current and future suppliers, evaluating their profiles, requesting and comparing RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and negotiating contract terms with optimal pricing and specifications. I have successfully developed a competitive and diverse vendor base, implemented procurement strategies and policies, and supported procurement transition and transformation projects during spin-off and tool migration. I have also achieved targeted savings year-on-year through cost reduction, scope optimization, and delivery timelines. Additionally, I lead and mentor a high-performing team of procurement professionals, ensuring quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
