Indinese Global is providing on-demand supply chain solutions and consulting services for material cost reduction, supply chain risk management, vendor development, procurement outsourcing and digital procurement transformation. is an online marketplace by Indinese Global for buying and selling of raw materials like steel, aluminium and other allied products. It supports SME for their raw material procurements from Indian and Chinese mills, bringing large impact to their bottom line. Prior to entrepreneurship, I worked for Tata motors, GE, Automotive Axles (Meritor-Kalyani Group), UIL for 20+ yrs in supply chain, strategic sourcing, Vendor development, Global sourcing leadership roles. A quick learner by virtue and an excellent analyzer by skill and a natural leader. I have worked extensively in quality, strategic sourcing, supply management and materials management for last 20+ yrs. I have experimented a lot in areas of supplier relationship management (SRM), Total quality management, supply optimization, cost optimization, vendor development, strategic sourcing and contract management. I do challenge the status quo and drive changes thru innovation, creativity and best practices. My professional trainings and practices on Six sigma, advanced procurement skill and advanced negotiations, cost management and total quality management have helped rediscover many efficient ways to accomplish and win over business issues. E-commerce and digital technologies are two areas where I spend my spare time, doing research and finding practical tools for common applications. I have helped a few supply chain startups in formulating their sourcing and product strategy, Training and counselling have been my ways of cross learning. I do enjoy motivating and passing on my experience for procurement capability building program.
