About Prateek Dongare

Through training and professional experience, I have refined my skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, decision making, and project management. I believe that every new problem requires a broad understanding, vision, and innovative analysis using available tools to view the “big picture”. I led the Energy Materials Team at Nature Communication-the best and most premium open access multidisciplinary journal in the world. The journal operates under the umbrella of Nature Portfolio. I was trained as an editor at Communications Chemistry where I handled papers in a broad physical chemistry field. Before entering the publishing industry, I received a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry followed by joining the highly collaborative environment of the Center of Artificial Photosynthesis (CAP), Sweden and the Energy Frontier Research Center (EFRC), USA as my postdoctoral training. I take pride in teaching, learning, and knowledge sharing. The reason? I like to learn something from everyone I meet.
