About Prateek Golecha

Nearly two decades ago, I began my career with a simple curiosity about how complex systems work. Healthcare became the place where I found my purpose. Over time, it turned into a conviction about how healthcare should function: faster, fairer and deeply human. I firmly believe that without compassion at its core, no healthcare innovation can succeed.Working across care delivery, technology, and scale has shaped my approach to healthcare problems. I have helped launch and grow healthcare initiatives across more than 20 countries, contributing to the development of digital platforms that have transformed the way care reaches patients and clinicians. Across roles and markets, my work has stayed focused on solving real problems on the ground.My academic journey at IIM Ahmedabad and executive education at Kellogg have shaped how I think about strategy and global systems. What influenced me more was the time spent in clinics across geographies and care settings. Technology alone does not transform healthcare. A fundamental transformation occurs when innovation is guided by empathy and compassion.Today, as SVP of Digital Health at Tricog Health, I work with teams reimagining cardiac care through the use of data, AI, and connected care models. Our focus is on reducing friction for clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and building systems that scale across geographies and income levels without compromising clinical integrity, in both hospital settings (B2B) and within patients' homes (B2C).At the core of my work is a simple belief. Healthcare must be intelligent, but it must never lose its compassion. True innovation doesn't just digitise care. It humanises it.
