I am a masters level Food Scientist, Product Developer and Emerging Leader with >12 years experience in Product Management and Commercialization, Product Development, Formulation, Ingredient Profiling, Technical Services and Shelf Life Studies. I specialize in working with multiple production facilities, co-packers and translating the R&D knowledge into commercial production. I have worked across multiple product categories like dairy and non-dairy based RTD beverages, coffee, bakery, and instant food. I have launched over 40 products so far. I have strong background in beverage formulation, aseptic processing, pasteurization and retorting. I am also certified in HACCP, Better Process Control School and Basics of Thermal Processing. Being a collaborative team player, managing multiple projects, leading independently and working cross functionally are my strongest suits. I am a natural and an emerging leader. I have attended multiple trainings and workshops to diligently improve upon my leadership skills. I was selected as one of the 40 participants in IFT's Emerging Leaders Network program which is a highly selective global leadership program designed specifically for new professionals in Food Science. I have also attended trainings in "Accountability That Works","Dealing With Difficult People" and "Emotional Intelligence" through seminars and workshops. I am trained in Lean Manufacturing Practices and have taken up multiple cross functional projects aimed at improving efficiency.
