Luxury, Leisure and Business hotels in the country. I have relationships that extend throughout the food industry. I’m extremely active in industry associations.(I’m committed to giving back to an industry that has defined my life!)Having these close relationships allows me open doors that would normally be closed to most. I have a passion for exploration and excellence in my chosen field. My career has given me the opportunity to provide for my family is in a way that I feel proud, and not a day goes by when I do not consider myself lucky, I guess I am one of those privileged ones who get to do what they love doing, and in my particular case- cooking.
