Prateek is a highly experienced and growth oriented Internal Audit and Consulting leader. He has extensive experience and demonstrated history of helping various organizations in evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness their financial and operation processes, governance, risk management, and internal control process. His area of expertise include solid understanding of the IIA’s standards, operational and financial internal audit, corporate strategy, process improvement, in-depth knowledge in SOX 404 / NI 52-109 program, and internal audit quality assessment review. He has successfully applied wide range data analytics tools for various internal audit and SOX projects. Prateek has strong experience in streamlining audit committee reporting and highlighting risks in the emerging areas such as data privacy, cyber security, IT controls and GDPR requirements. Currently, he is leading the internal audit and controls effort at Constellation Software Inc.(TXS: CSU). In his past experience, he worked with KPMG Advisory and United Technologies Corporation on projects across the globe including the USA, Canada, U.K, India, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Columbia. He completed his BBA from the U.K. and MBA (Strategy and Finance) from York University - Schulich School of Business in Canada.
