About Pratha Bhatt

Eager to contribute to positive change in diverse fields, I am a dynamic professional with a foundation in International & Development Studies, and Environment & Sustainability. My journey has taken me from New Delhi, India, to Geneva, Switzerland, providing me with valuable experiences in different roles. Currently, I serve as the Speaker Coordinator for TEDxGVAGrad at the Geneva Graduate Institute, where I have the privilege of curating and coordinating engaging talks and discussions. Simultaneously, I'm involved in organising impactful events at the Geneva Impact Investing Association. These roles allow me to combine my communication, organization, and environmental awareness skills to foster positive change. Previously, I had the opportunity to contribute to the vital work of WWF-India as a Human Resources Officer, working to support their mission of wildlife conservation and environmental advocacy. In addition to my professional endeavours, I am deeply committed to social justice and advocacy. During my tenure as President of Girl Up Seher, I actively championed social entrepreneurship, mental health awareness, and gender equality. Leading a dedicated team, I managed impactful initiatives and promoted public speaking and management skills. My academic journey includes a Master's in International & Development Studies, Environmental Law, and Human Resources Management. These academic pursuits have honed my expertise in the areas of climate change mitigation, international development, and human resources management. Looking ahead, I aspire to continue working at the intersection of environment, sustainability, and social justice, driving meaningful change through collaboration, innovation, and dedicated efforts.
