Engineering: • Sizing Calculations for LV Cable, Battery, UPS, Auxiliary Transformer, Instrument Transformer (CT & VT), Relay Setting • Supervising Drafting of Drawings like Key SLD, LV SLD, UPS SLD, LV Cable Schedules, Cable Routing Layout, CCTV Layout, ACS Layout, overall equipment layout (OEL) • Performing system study on ETAP i.e. Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, Voltage Dip, Harmonics, Relay Co-ordination (STAR module) • Review of vendor deliverables viz. technical data sheet (TDS), single line diagrams (SLD), wiring and cabling schemes, general arrangement drawing (GAD), accessories and spare parts list, type test reports (TTR), factory acceptance test (FAT) procedures or inspection and testing plans (ITP) • Technical offer review against project specifications, international standards, and past learnings and preparation of TBE and sending out TQ Procurement: • Systematic review of commercial offers and vendor documents against purchase conditions, INCOTERMS and preparations of CBA with focus on value for money and PQD metrics • Costing for tenders/proposals for entering new territory or industry like green hydrogen (NTPC Leh), containerized substation (Tilenga Uganda), offshore wind (DEMI Hailong), or hydrocarbon plant O&M (Cairn Barmer). • Creation and presentation of category strategy paper for Cable Glands, Conduits and Fittings, Lighting Fixtures (incl LED), Grounding/Earthing Materials and Instrumentation Tubing and Fittings focussing on spend, specifications, vendor qualifications and product line and client preferences. • Procurement of LV Switchgear (80 Lac INR), PLC (50 Lac INR), Battery Energy Storage System (2 Cr INR), Rooftop Solar PV System (4 Cr INR), Non Addressable F&G Detectors and Addressable FACP Systems (50 lac INR) from leading OEMs like L&T, Honeywell and Emerson. Project Co-ordination: • FAT and Inspection Punch point closure, issuing dispatch clearances, review of test reports and As Built drawing red markup compliances Analytics and IT: • Digitalization of CT and VT Sizing from Excel sheets to VB website • Material codification of 100+ E&I and telecom items by taxonomy approach (similar to UNSPC or Shell MESC or eClass)
