My expertise lies in business analysis, system system analysis, QA analysis and assistance to project management along with vast exposure to AGILE delivery method. I have successfully led and contributed to multiple projects, including the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Channel Platform Host for ABSA Bank, the Global Mobile Application using Vitality Backend Micro services for Discovery Vitality and the Fibre Products CRM implementation for Vodacom. In these roles, I collaborated with stakeholders to identify and refine new requirements, conducted detailed business analysis, developed use case scenarios and coordination with the implementation teams.
