About Pratheek Rao

With a heart of a designer and a soul of a writer, I’m a highly motivated professional with over a decade of experience in paid, owned, earned and social media. I’ve worked across the largest Indian agencies like Ogilvy, Law and Kenneth, Hungama Digital & Reliance to name a few. Driven by the enthusiasm of a 23-year-old and the passion of an entrepreneur, I also started an agency that gave me tremendous experience and knowledge. My mantra is - “Always start with the question “WHY” to solve all brand problems and manage people to design, write and grow.” I’ve handled team sizes of more than 40 which includes writers, designers and animators. I’ve been able to manage 30 clients on a daily basis and make sure all the tasks are done on a timely basis with the best creative output. I’m always open to learning from the expertise of the people around me. My positive personality and my love for what I do makes me a great team player!
