About Prather Harris

Through high school I worked in residential and light commercial construction for my Father's company. For majority of my time there I worked as a shop foreman. Being young and managing older,more experienced, employees I learned how to work and communicate with employees of all ages and backgrounds to gain their respect. In college I worked as an intern through the summer at JE Dunn Construction on the Project Manager track. There I learned document management, scheduling, communication skills, and the in's and out's of healthcare construction work.
