About Prathima Reddy

Sr. ETL Developer helping businesses use their data better. Build high-performance, scalable data pipelines and migrating traditional on-prem systems to modern cloud platforms like Snowflake,AWS. Experience with Etl tools like Informatica Power center, PL/SQL, ODI,SSIS. Domain experience in manufacturing and telecom, where I streamlined data workflows, reduce processing time, and improve data quality, ultimately making analytics faster and more meaningful. I enjoy solving complex data problems, whether that’s writing optimized SQL, automating ETL processes with Python and Shell scripts, or making sure everything runs smoothly through Control-M. Lead teams both on-shore and offshore and collaborating with cross-functional teams are my greatest strengths. Simplifying/Automating processes, and ensuring the solutions we build are easy to maintain and deliver real value. Worked in Agile environments and use tools like JIRA, SNOW, and Confluence to stay organized and aligned. I’m always learning and looking for new ways to improve how data supports smarter business decisions.
