I am a senior clinical investigator at UnitedHealth Group, where I use my physiotherapy knowledge and skills to identify and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse in complex and high value claims. I analyze medical records and billed services, and detect discrepancies such as up-coding, unbundling, duplication, and misrepresentation. I also approve or deny claims, and identify provider aberrant behavior patterns. In my role, I have helped save millions of dollars for the company and its clients, and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. I have a master's degree in physiotherapy with a specialization in orthopedics from Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, and a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy with a focus on medical and health management from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. I have also completed certifications in dry needling and cranio sacral therapy, which enhance my ability to provide effective and holistic treatment for various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. My goal is to improve the quality of life of people suffering from physical problems arising from injury, disease, illness, and aging, by using evidence-based and ethical practices.
