Design review and GTP finalization for different range of Dry type & Oil type Distribution transformers as per standard requirements for the mega projects in USA market. Performing process audit for potential vendors in India and abroad who can manufacture transformer with world class quality. Conducting FMEA and reducing the RPN by implementing corrective actions. Developing Quality assurance plan and ensure the same is being followed by doing internal audit. Process assurance and Control during manufacturing, packing & dispatch activities. Witnessing FAT of Transformer as per C57.12.90 & C57.12.91 requirements. Periodic review & analysis of NCRs and Deviations and ensure CA are implemented. Handling customer complaints & feedbacks. Input to Design & development team for continual improvement activities. Statistical analysis of failures or nonconformities and presenting to management.
