Pratik Deshmukh has been engaged in business development from last 12+ years, has been worked in different verticals across various industries (Textiles-EdTech-Ecomm-Pharmaceuticals) with a proven record of delivering Business Growth, Profitability, And delivering business results consistently. Pratik in 2013 Co-founded his first startup-72degrees (It was a T-shirt Brand) along with 2 other batch-mates from VIT, he handled the sales part of it, developed sales channels across Mumbai & Pune, Participated in various college festivals & Seminars, one of the proudest moments for him was when his team managed to achieved the OPEX & CAPEX break-even in 6 & 8 months respectively. Thereafter, He worked for various companies, Du-point(as an Intern), Indiamart, SDF Holistic, Wellness Forever, Flipkart HealthPlus, Pharmeasy (Currently working). While working in all these companies, He performed very challenging roles and grew up from a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE TO MANAGERIAL level in the span of 8 years, The roles he has performed have kept him engaged with Customers, Consumers, Influencers, Clients across Pharma Retail, E-comm and FMCG sectors. These roles gave him opportunities to work in all three (B2B, B2C & D2C) verticals in all these 11+ years. The roles he performed have given him great insights and conditioned him to develop sales growth strategies, execution excellence in retail store operations, design & execute tactical communication strategies across various channels like offline, Digital, Social media. Pratik holds an MBA degree from VIT (Class of 2013), and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Bsc.IT) from VSIT, where he was awarded the "Business Excellence Study" Certification from Harvard Business Review in 2013,"Step Up to Professional Excellence" certification from Dale Carnegie team in 2012. Pratik believes in "Do Epic Shit" theory, Team Unity Motivates him, and he worships all Defense Forces, He loves spending time with First-time entrepreneurs hoping to learn something new from them and help them not make the same mistake he made when he started up.
