About Pratik Dhande

I am a full-time MBA student at Symbiosis Institute of Digital and Telecom Management (2024-26) having Bachelor of Engineering in the field of mechanical engineering from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. My work experience revolves around IT consulting domains with BFSI clients and prominent work done on web applications for CIBC Banking clients. I was QA for a CIBC client (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce). We used to perform exhaustive testing for the APIs and web applications of CIBC. I have experience working on multiple internal projects for CIBC, like CIBC-COSTCO linkage, youth account migration, and Oracle service bus cloud migration. I received an appreciation letter as a token of appreciation from the TCS-CIBC Relationship Manager for critical deliverables. My field of interests lies around the whole digital technologies, telecom sector and its nitty- gritties, data analytics, business analyst, and project management. I have completed the in-plant training project and prepared a project report,"Industrial Training at Carriage Repair Workshop," at Indian Railways Carriage Workshop, Lower Parel. With my strong sense of commitment to work effectively and efficiently, I can contribute towards the success and growth of any organization with which I serve by maintaining excellent interpersonal skills that help me build rapport quickly and establish a good working relationship across all levels, inside and outside the organization. In my free time, I love to travel and go trekking.
