This project not only boosted recurring revenue but also significantly enhanced customer retention by streamlining payment processes and improving the user experience. It’s rewarding to see how my work directly impacts users' lives. Before that, during my time at Persistent Systems, I spearheaded the development of a Revenue Management System that reduced manual processing tasks by 40%. This achievement greatly improved operational efficiency across various workflows. The thrill of optimizing processes and making things run smoother is what drives me every day. I also had an enriching experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Persistent Systems where I led internal software upgrade initiatives that improved application performance by over 40%. It was fulfilling to witness firsthand how these enhancements made life easier for multiple teams within the organization.
