I am a subject matter expert with over 5 years of professional experience and currently associated with ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd, Nashik. At ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd, I provide 1st level of technical and billing support to retail customers. I also manage customer issues regarding invoices and payments using ticketing tools, emails, and LiveChat support. I have helped the billing department by processing over 300 invoices per month and have reached benchmark customer satisfaction results at 97% and billing quality at 98.8%. I have also generated invoices and account statements and maintained records of unpaid invoices, following up on due payments, and taking the necessary actions on provided services. Previously, at CMA-CGM Shared Service Centre, Mumbai, I created error-free bills of lading and adhered to various documents while doing so. I also generated export bills of lading for different countries according to required specifications and created customer codes, solving customer queries. I handled indexing, invoicing, and VIP customers' audits, and was responsible for generating daily and weekly basis reports.
