Hello, my name is Pratik. I am pursuing a career in bookkeeping and accountancy in the finance sector, actively acquiring the necessary skills for this profession. I hold a bachelor's degree in Arts and Law from Pune University, as well as an MSc in International Business Management from Sheffield Hallam. My educational background in accounting includes completing my higher secondary school in the commerce stream and passing the foundation exam conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Currently, I am pursuing ACCA. My academic journey has provided me with a unique perspective and the ability to navigate the complexities of global business environments. I expanded my horizons through exchange studies at Vaasa University and a winter school at IESEG School of Management, specializing in International Entrepreneurship and Innovation, European Integration, and Cross-Cultural Management. These experiences have deepened my understanding of international business dynamics and the importance of effective multicultural collaboration. Currently employed at Premier Inn as a team member, I primarily handle reception and the in-house bar. Working night shifts, I am entrusted with administrative tasks and cash reconciliation for the hotel. Due to my excellent work ethic, I was selected for training to become a duty manager. In addition to Premier Inn, I have gained experience at Tesco and Primark as a customer assistance and floor support worker.
