Management of all accounting transactions- Publish financial statements in time- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable - Ensure timely bank payment- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary- Knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax - Have really good communication skills- Utilize Tally software to record financial transactions, manage accounts, and generate financial reports- Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, payments- Handle GST (Goods and Services Tax) matters, including filing returns, reconciling input and output taxes, and maintaining compliance- Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordination of annual audits- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal controls and audit trails- Manage accounts for the companyincluding reconciliation and reporting- Banking process.(Like Cash Deposit, Widrawal, IMPS, RTGS, NEFT)- Communication with the creditors & debtors- Complete the GST data every month & send to consultant before dates- Coordinate with suppliers & other departments for gathering necessary information- Verification of the expense’s bills- Handling daily cash transitions & petty cash.
