At Aurora, I lead the operational workstreams within our 1ERP program, with a strong focus on manufacturing blueprinting, solution design, and implementation. I am responsible for driving end-to-end process mapping, facilitating critical decision-making, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. As a champion of best practices, I also play a key role in promoting user adoption and maximizing the value of the new ERP platform At AgroCrop Exports, my focus is on revolutionizing supply chain operations by integrating AI and IBP strategies, which has been pivotal in enhancing inventory management and aligning our supply chain with strategic objectives. My leadership in operational process optimization, particularly the implementation of an ERP system across multiple facilities, has significantly contributed to operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Previously, my role at Mondelēz International honed my competencies in end-to-end supply chain management for a major confectionery business, where I led substantial process improvements with the S & OP initiative. Partnering with key consultants and external manufacturers, we fostered strategic relationships, reduced waste, and adhered to production compliance, ensuring our team met and exceeded our operational and cost objectives.
