I have experience in multiple sectors like banking and financial services, manufacturing, telecom, FMCG, pharma, oil and gas, electrical and engineering services, hotels and retail industry. Assisted organizations in drafting of Internal Controls, Process re-engineering, improvement of processes to ensure compliance with ICFR, SOX 404 compliance to ensure reliability of financial statements. Moreover well versed with International Standards on Auditing(ISA), International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board(PCAOB) guidelines. Have managed a team of 9 professionals and been involved in planning of employees engagement, staffing requirements and imparting of various trainings like business process understanding, MS office and audit software.
