About Pratima Padghan

I’m a Training Coordinator in Organizational Development – TAD team, with a passion for creating inclusive, impactful learning experiences. I specialize in behavioral training focused on communication, values, Business Communication and intercultural understanding, and bring hands-on experience in managing end-to-end training cycles, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and feedback analysis. My journey reflects a strong commitment to both professional growth and community service. I was selected as one of 50 cultural ambassadors for the prestigious YES program, representing India in the U.S. post-9/11 to promote cross-cultural understanding and global peace. I also earned the Developing Solutions Masters Scholarship at the University of Nottingham, a competitive international award recognizing my potential to drive positive change in developing countries. Outside of work, I’ve taught English to underprivileged children in Pune’s slums, designing engaging, age-appropriate lessons to support literacy and communication—especially for children from migrant families. Whether in a corporate setting or through grassroots initiatives, I’m driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference—combining empathy and strategy with heart.
