Currently is an IN charge of the administrative and educational responsibilities of Njoylearning Academy/YesmindZ Academy who helps to conduct IBDP,IGCSE,AS/A Levels, AP, ICSE, SAT, PSAT, PARCC, IELTS/ TOEFL Online teaching classes. An ex-GESE India panel Examiner, Trinity College,London. IBDP English and TOK Examiner. A passionate teacher educator with a M.Phil and M.A.in English Literature, holding a technical certificate -B.ED -has been working in various reputed schools all over south India for the last 20 years. Held the position of IB Diploma Head and Coordinator in a reputed international/public school in Chennai city. Experienced in handling the board classes of Grade X (IGCSE) and XI & XII (IBDP) with excellent result deliverance. The team spirit and the team enrichment programs are a forte that help keep the team motivated. The various workshops and teacher enrichment programs that I have got selected and also attended would speak loads. In the past I have been working in an IBDP/IGCSE schools in HYD, with PYP, MYP and CIE programs. I have been coordinating the whole program from the process of authorization as a candidate school to an authorized school. The successful implementation and organization skill along with dedication and commitment towards my service has always helped me to climb the ladder up. The exposure to done various leadership and administrative roles in reputed schools has widened my network of students and parents (The core stakeholders). The fine relationship with my teachers is hidden in my philosophy of life which reads as ‘live and let live’. I strongly believe in the philosophy of IBDP propagating to be a lifelong learners. It has been my reputation as a leader to provide space to every individual to help grow their intellectual, emotional and social skill without any pressure. I believe this is one of the best strategies to make an individual take responsibility for his/her own work. I have attended and conducted various in-house training for teachers in TOK as per IBDP curriculum demands. The Multiple Intelligence and lateral thinking skills are the focus point that is updated with every change in the context.
