As an Assistant Manager Business Development at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), I am responsible for managing the distributorship, network, and customer service of a regional office. I have successfully increased the sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction of HPCL LPG products and services in my region.Prior to this role, I worked as an Import Strategy & Supply Chain Management Executive at HPCL, where I handled the import operations of LPG, logistics, shipping operations and demand supply planning of petroleum products. I have demonstrated my skills in supply strategy, import logistics, and demand supply planning, and contributed to the optimization of the import costs, inventory, and quality of HPCL.I am currently pursuing my Post Graduate Program (PGP) degree at Indian School of Business (ISB), one of the top business schools in India and the world. I am eager to learn from the best faculty and peers, and enhance my knowledge and skills in business management, leadership, and innovation. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, one of the premier engineering institutes in India.My goal is to leverage my education, experience, and competencies in business development, import strategy, and supply chain management, to create value for the oil and energy industry, and to pursue growth and excellence in my career.
