Handling complete activities of procurement of all types of Reagent, Consumable, Chemicals, Medical Equipment, Marketing and Packaging material. • Identifying & developing the alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective of raw materials and reduction in delivery time. • Price & contract negotiation with vendor to secure quotation, pricing, quality, payment terms, lead time. • Follow-up with vendor for timely deliveries as per delivery schedule to avoid excess and stock out situation and coordination with accounts team for ensuring timely payments as payment terms agreed. • Reconciliation of inventory on periodical basis and Identification of slow- & fast-moving stock. • Renewals of AMC/CMC contract and timely preventive Maintenance & calibrations of machine also coordinating with respective service engineers for instruments breakdown/repair issue resolution within TAT. • Review excess stocks at pan India lab branches and arrange to stock transfer at the desired location against their fresh requirement. • Review short expiry of material and arrange to move it where it can be consumed to avoid loss of material.
