Expertise in maintaining job development processes & supervising technicians on quality management ensuring adherence to work order specifications Adept in reviewing material submittals, method statements and shop built drawings.Proficient in assisting Site Engineers to inspect the permanent works including delivered materials to verify conformance with the contract quality requirements. Implementing quality inspection procedures on construction activities, suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure compliance to internal company audits. Responsibilities- Reporting to project QA/QC Manager. Issue of non-conformance reports, quality reports and necessary follow up. Preparing work method statements. Inspection of snag list and project handing over process. To supervise & monitor the work stages as per the approved shop drawing, VFC drawing, Contract Specifications and as per quality requirement. Follow up submittal of test reports, non-conformance reports, Closing of Non-Conformance Reports raised by Client. Co-ordinate with consultant and Construction Team to execute the work as per the VFC/Approved shop drawings. Actively support all the Other Quality Control Engineers to sort out problems related to Quality Assurance System. Material Submittal for Project to consultant for approval. Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirement.
