With 19+ years of extensive experience in the construction industry, working as Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager for Innovo Build LLC, one of the leading construction groups in the UAE. Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and Certified Cost Professional from AACEI, USA. My core competencies include quantity surveying, cost and contract management, commercial reporting, and claim preparation. I have successfully worked on small and large scale high profile projects, such as high rise towers, hotels, apartments, villas, mixed use, arena, and retail developments. I have also demonstrated my leadership and collaboration skills by managing and mentoring a team of quantity surveyors, as well as coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and site engineers.
