About Prayasha Panda

I'm an EdTech professional collaborating with Rajya Shiksha Kendra, Madhya Pradesh, to implement EdTech innovations and promote digital home learning statewide. I manage programs, research, and partnerships with organizations and stakeholders. I worked as technical expert in an early childhood education project in Uttar Pradesh. I designed capacity-building curricula, ensured their on-site implementation, selected quality pre-school resources, created monitoring and evaluation tools, analyzed data against project indicators, and handled technical documentation. I've also worked extensively on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy in Barmer, Rajasthan, in collaboration with a displaced minority community. My role involved supporting and transforming government primary schools, and facilitating teacher professional development sessions. Furthermore, I bring two years of research experience in subaltern literature, women's property rights, and feminist literature. During my university years, I explored freelance content writing and moderated cultural and academic events in Cuttack and Pondicherry.
