Precious is a Senior Representative Sourcing at BNY Mellon, Who collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. She leverage her financial analysis and data skills to monitor and report on the accounts payable metrics, identify and resolve any discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement using Oracle Cloud applications. She also use Jira and SNOW to manage and track the progress of various projects and tasks related to accounts payable. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, She worked as an Account Receivable Associate at C.H. Robinson, where she negotiated and established payment plans with customers, conducted research and investigation to resolve billing issues, and maintained records of all collection's activities. She also hold a Certified Customer Service Specialist (CSS) certification from Ecobank Nigeria, and a diploma in Virtual Assistant from ALX. She has a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Międzynarodowa Wyższa Szkoła Logistyki i Transportu, where she learned the fundamentals of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation. She is passionate about delivering quality service and support to customers and clients, and contributing to the financial performance and growth of the organizations She works with.
