Ms Precious Maputle is a strategic marketing professional currently employed as a Marketing Coordinator in the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, University of Johannesburg. Her pool of expertise is multifaceted. She is a radio news anchor, a television presenter with her own TV show entitled “Breaking Ground” on DSTV Extra's Christ Media TV. She is a patron of the arts with a comprehensive theatre background with appearances on some acclaimed TV shows. Furthermore, she is an exceptional organiser, coordinator and programme director of eclectic types of notable national and international events: distinguished public lectures, conferences, reception dinners, career seminars, book launches and so forth. She has had the honor of hosting renowned local and international guests from China, Africa, United Kingdom, United States i.e. former Deputy Prime Minister of Zimbabwe, Professor Arthur G.O. Mutambara; Chinese Ambassador to SA Lin Songtian and delegation and many more. Further experience is in the coordination of and participation in international cultural excursions in the SADC region. Moreover, her community engagement profile includes (amongst others): driving donation initiatives, HIV/AIDS awareness campaign in Mauritius, fundraising for Haiti earthquake disaster relief through benefit production as well as career guidance to learners in underprivileged communities. She is a recently certified copy editor with over 5 published books by emerging and established authors. She has three key passion points: ministry of the gospel in deed, song and word, being a change agent and travelling. Precious is passionate about teaching the Word, guiding, comforting, encouraging and reviving hope and a sense of purpose to those in need. A versatile, ambitious and well-rounded young lady who has gained comprehensive and invaluable experience in marketing and communications. A hard working individual that aims at improving being an effective and productive member of society. enthusiasm, willingness to learn and my love for this industry are all key aspects that drive me to be the best I can possibly be.
