As an experienced high end retoucher and an expert in creating actions and writing scripts in Photoshop, I help retouching teams find better workflows and create custom made Adobe Photoshop java scripts and actions which ensure impeccable technical and quality consistency of product and fashion e-commerce images, while lowering time to online and making online catalogues recognizable for their unique style and consistency. With more than 15 years of experience in retouching, graphic design, web design and photography I am currently a senior retoucher in Zalando Studio in Berlin. My daily duties include supervising retouching teams (5 to 10 people) working on high-end fashion and product photography, helping in training and upskilling of the team and creating and upgrading automated image editing systems using Adobe Photoshop AI as well as developing automation processes with Photoshop scripts and actions. Working as a senior retoucher in the last 3 years in Zalando Studio I had an opportunity to automate many repetitive and time consuming manual processes that otherwise drag retouchers' productivity and, over time, diminish their imagination and creativity. These automated retouching systems also provided much higher quality of retouch and ensured consistency in Zalando's online catalogue. My solutions resulted in significant time saving (lower TTO), standardized workflows in the retouch team, simplified onboarding and made our team more harmonious and our online catalogue recognizable and unique. Thanks to these solutions every retoucher in the team has the ability and access to specific tools (for retouching more than 20 different categories of images: model set images, packshots, accessories, watches, beauty products, kids articles, etc.) with a touch of a keyboard shortcut. During the last 2 years, Zalando Studio has edited and published more than images with the scripts and actions I created.
