I, Preestly Ouseph is a highly organized and Supply Chain Management honours graduate from Mohawk College. I have completed a graduate certificate program in International business management from the same college. As a Management graduate and Business Development Assistant at Ihive Technologies, India, a desire to develop my international exposure in business and its management has been fostered in my mind. This desire made me study in Canada and learn more about international Business and Supply Chain Management. During my studies, I got an opportunity to work at Metro Inc. as a Cashier Customer Service employee. Currently, I assist the front-end and floral management. Being an employee at Metro store I have opportunities to know more about its working on warehouse management, retail business, E-commerce fulfillment, customer service, logistics activities, and more. I own good English language proficiency which makes me collaborate with the team members. I have acquired knowledge about the industry skills such as sales, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity planning, Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), and Master Production Schedule. I have got some essential interpersonal skills such as Communication abilities, Customer service, Teamwork, Verbal and written communication, Dependability, Responsibility, Empathy and Time management.
