Executive coaching to help senior leaders work and live at their best. I blend extensive and varied senior leadership experience with coaching depth, to facilitate the kind of sustainable change that makes a significant difference to the quality of individuals performance and life. I’m fascinated by the impact that self-knowledge has on the choices we make, our capacity to make effective decisions, communicate successfully, build better quality relationships, and see ourselves, others, and situations through a different lens. In my work I place great emphasis on developing exceptional coaching relationships that become the space in which clients can experience self-development. This allows us to work below the surface of what is presented to facilitate the kind of sustainable change in beliefs, mindset and behaviours that accelerate performance and help you thrive. Clients appreciate my ability to subtly disrupt the status-quo of habitual ways of thinking and doing through positive challenge. Combined with my calm, collaborative, intuitive, candid, and where appropriate, fun approach to achieving results. Clients come from a breadth of sectors ranging from Financial Services to the NHS and range from talented high potentials to C-Suite Executives. Something needs to shift. They are committed to taking charge of their situation and make positive changes and are curious to learn more about who they are, their reputation and the impact they have on others. My move into coaching brings together my fascination with personal development, psychology, philosophy, and my life experiences following an extensive and varied commercial career. A career that encompassed board-level leadership experience with P&L responsibility for the largest trading division of a multi-million technology PLC. Coupled with interim management and consulting assignments. I’m also an entrepreneur who established, built and sold a successful business. Working internationally and being of mixed heritage I bring understanding and sensitivity to diversity and cultural issues.
