About Preetha Koda

As a compliance implementer in a team that oversees 90 countries, I work with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization's contracts, policies, and practices are compliant with local laws and regulations. I undertake advisory, training, assessments, tracking and implementation of regulatory changes with a focus on EMEA region, and other initiatives to create sustainable risk mitigation frameworks. I have also worked with ITC Infotech as a compensation and policy executive. I have been a Research Associate @ IIM Bangalore at the Mizuho India Japan Study Centre, where I conducted research and organized events on various aspects concerning India and Japan, such as innovation, culture, and space science. I hold a JLPT N3 certificate and an Advanced Diploma in Japanese from Pune University. I pursued an MBA in Law at NMIMS Mumbai, where I was on the Dean's List for academic excellence for both consecutive years. I am also a proficient Carnatic music singer and have a keen interest in comparative cultural studies.
