As a network engineer with over three years of experience at Comet Technology I applied my skills and knowledge in hardware configuration technical support and computer network operations to ensure the optimal performance and security of the company's network infrastructure. I also collaborated with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve network issues implement upgrades and enhancements and document network configurations and policies. Prior to that I was a senior analyst at Firstsource where I leveraged my proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis and empathy mapping to create and maintain dashboards reports and insights for various clients and projects.
