Experience for 14+ in the industry. I have supported over 20 clinical studies and counting over the period of my tenure. A lot of studies have multiple sites spread over different countries in Europe, Asia and middle east. Working with personnel from diverse cultures The studies ranged from to $ I help the study leaders in initial study setup involving multiple sites spread over various countries, and training the study coordinators in use of the devices as well as accessing the data on our web portal.Each study is unique in its structure and that can be a challenge; which I learnt to handle. I am a primary contact for the customers. I have managed the various range of our customer base from small home health agencies to big disease management companies, payers and clinical studies. I have had the experience to deal with diverse customers requires developing skills to multi task, prioritize, execute and deliver in timely manner.
