As a Project Manager at ShellSquare Softwares, I lead and manage multiple projects in the oil and gas industry, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I am responsible for asset management, risk mitigation, project planning and execution, budgeting and cost control, communication and stakeholder management, and quality assurance and testing. I have successfully delivered projects such as the RTS WITSML SOAP and ETP project, Data Synchronizer, Exebenus Pulse, ERP 5, and Bank Muscat, exceeding client expectations and meeting deadlines and quality standards. I have also improved staff retention, increased user retention rate by 25%, and identified and implemented process improvements. I am passionate about delivering high-quality work and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from P.A.Aziz College of Engineering and Technology, and I am a PMP certified Project Manager. I have also completed a Post Graduate Certification in Project Management and a Post Graduate Certification in Business Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic. I have 5+ years of experience in the software industry, working as a QC Engineer at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group and an Automation Test Engineer at IBM before joining ShellSquare. I have strong skills in Agile Methodologies, Scheduling Management, Project Management, and Test Automation. I am eager to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.
