I am a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies IN, where I handle the entire recruiting cycle for small start-up to Fortune 100 clients in the tech industry. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Arunodaya Degree College, which will enhance my business acumen and analytical skills. My core competencies include customer service, soft skills, and negotiation, which I apply daily in my role as a recruiter.In my current role, I have successfully sourced, screened, contacted, confirmed, interviewed, and placed candidates on assignments within various tech domains. I have developed pipelines of candidates to meet clients' current and future needs, and prepared them for client interviews and feedback. I have also maintained relationships with candidates and clients, and utilized referrals, career fairs, and networking events to recruit and gain brand awareness. I am passionate about connecting talent with opportunities, and I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation in the tech sector.
