About Prem John

I'm the co-founder of Verite Partners, an executive search firm focused on Private-Markets, Real-Estate Investments, Venture Capital, Family-Office and Funds across all functions - both front and back office -and does work across key financial markets across Asia. My Client base includes Tier 1 to Tier 2 firms in Private Markets, Real-Estate Investments and Fund Houses across Asia. We also consult for some of my previous Tier 1 clients within Banking, Insurance and Industry as these are hard-earned relationships that we value. My clients and candidates return to me as I have delivered on difficult mandates consistently and marry reliability with results. I fundamentally believe that head-hunters should, above all else, focus on the best interests of their candidates to ensure that their long-term career goals, hopes and dreams are aligned with the daily activities of my business. This is a value that is enshrined in the DNA of Verite Partners. I help build teams and relationships rather than just filling a vacant seat with a body. Actual earned experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following- I’ve been successfully doing this long enough to not need to impress anybody nor do people need to impress me. Which means that we will have an honest, direct and candid conversation- I’m very intellectually curious. Before I speak to anyone about anything, I will have done my research and we will have a hopefully intelligent, relevant and focused discussion- I have a personal code of honour which means telling you what you may not want to hear but may need to hear. If I can’t help you, I will tell you. If I can help you, I’ll break my back to do so- I love hearing your story – how you got here, what’s driving you now and where you're going. That’s what drives me professionally – helping you get to where you want to be. My other areas of passion are acting, film-making and stand-up comedy. As a trained actor, I've been cast in various major stage productions, feature films, short films, commercials and television shows here in Singapore and regionally. I'm also very passionate about writing for the screen and stage and hope to bring my narratives to life soon.
