As an extraordinarily driven sales leader, I have a very basic yet powerful career philosophy, I keep things simple for both internal and external customers while driving sales through execution excellence. I am committed to applying my 18+ years of retail experience, most recently spent in Telecom, to providing effective, agile, and scalable solutions for the company. The retail industry is going through a transition where online space is encroaching on brick and mortar locations, traffic is dropping and inventory management is key for survival. For businesses to survive, they must address these concerns by thinking like an average customer, i.e. a 14 year old, as they now dictate how we will shop in the future. Stores need to provide an outstanding shopping experience to existing and new customers, invest in technology and improve on processes to make it simple for customers to shop across multi channels. In the telecom arena, you are seeing the average life span of handsets shrink to 12-18 months as new devices come to market more frequently, customers focusing more on plan maintenance as opposed to plan commitment and financing of handsets and connected tablets. I produce consistent double digit sales increases I thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments I utilize excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, negotiations, and procurement skills I forge and lead cross-functional, collaborative teams I employ my in-depth expertise of advanced supply chain and business processes
