A goal oriented and passionate professional with a comprehensive understanding of design, manufacturing and New Product Development processes. I have been fortunate to be a part of projects like ICE and Electric version of Legendry models, stylish and sporty ‘KTM Duke and ADV 390’ and one of the most successful SUVs ‘Mahindra Scorpio' and have successfully delivered multiple SOP projects during my professional career. My roles and responsibilities during product design and development phase are Vehicle Benchmarking, Basic Specification Finalization, Global Parameters finalization in Vehicle Architecture and Concept or Mule proto development. Other responsibilities in supporting role are as follows: 1. Ensure part design is in line with DFM, DFA and DFS requirements. Conduct DFMEA & Design Reviews. Assist Upcoming/Future Regulation requirements. Value Addition and Value Engineering. I have completed my MBA from Symbiosis (SCDL), Pune; full time B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Pune (COEP) and also holds Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Government Autonomous Institute. Having shear passion towards Automobiles and keen interest in Vehicle Braking System, performed following roles to Design and Manufacture India's fastest and most durable dune buggies for SAE BAJA competitions. 1.Group Lead,Braking Systems-Team Nemesis Racing at SASOL Mini BAJA,South Africa. 2.Chief of Braking System Design- SAE INDIA BAJA 2013 and 2014. My strengths lie in my ability to take initiatives and ready to face challenges with Co-creation. My short-term professional career goal is to hold a key position in an innovative automotive industry as Lead for Product Design and Development so as to implement my skills and learning for the success of the organization and proficient my leadership skills and long-term is to become a true leader in every aspect.
