I have 15 years of overall IT experience with around 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery management in roles of Agile PM / Agile coach and Scrum master. I am specialized in coaching Scrum teams across distributed locations. I have played the role of Sr.Scrum Master/Agile PM for a distributed Scaled Agile program for past 4+ years leading Scrum team(s) with people from 3 Geographies and Talent composed of 6 heterogeneous technology stack with many engineering practices/DevOps involved. I have expertise in implementing many of the Agile engineering practices (TDD, Continuos Integration, Continuos Deployment, Automated Functional Testing, Pair programming, Vertical slicing etc) and has enabled the project teams to transform from waterfall to Agile methodologies through continuous Team grooming and effective Agile delivery. Have diverse experience in managing Development and Maintenance projects in different geographies in both Agile and Waterfall execution. Have strong Technical expertise in AS400 and has managed Agile/Waterfall model projects across multiple technologies (Java, Big Data, Reporting system, SFDC, Hybris, ODM, TIBCO-CEP). I am currently enriching my skills through deep dive engagement into Program delivery and various Agile Session learnings and aspire/ looking out to play the role of Enterprise Agile coach in the upcoming years.
