With over 15 years immersed in the discipline of yoga, this journey is one of both inner unfolding and dedicated teaching. Holding a Master’s degree in Yoga, along with E-RYT 500 and RPYT certifications, the work has consistently centered around the essence of classical Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Yogic Philosophy—not merely as practices, but as ways of being. The foundation was laid during four transformative years spent living and studying at Patanjali Yogpeeth Ashram, a time dedicated to the study of yogic scriptures, disciplined sadhana, and the embodiment of yogic life. This ashram life offered more than knowledge—it shaped the rhythm of daily living, instilling clarity, simplicity, and deep reverence for tradition. Teaching, over the years, has evolved into a sacred offering—less about instruction, more about transmission. The aim is not to accumulate techniques but to hold space for self-inquiry, stillness, and inner alignment. Students are guided through thoughtful, breath-centered practices rooted in traditional wisdom and supported by contemporary understanding of body-mind awareness. Specializing in Yoga Teacher Trainings, Women's Yoga (RPYT), retreats, and immersive programs, the intention remains clear: to share yoga as a way of life, beyond the mat—where each breath, thought, and action becomes a practice. The path continues—not to perfect postures, but to cultivate presence. To live simply, teach truthfully, and serve with awareness.
